Amy Anderson has been teaching for 20 years in Denver. Formerly, a professional ballet dancer, she became involved in this discipline while rehabilitating a career threatening injury. Through her experience working at Physical Therapy Clinics, she has become an expert in helping patients manage chronic pain, injuries, MS, as well as auto accident patients, etc. She is also a Dance Medicine specialist by Saint Francis Hospital in San Francisco and an acredited Pilated teacher-trainer, Gold Certified by the Pilates Method Alliance.
